It simply maneuvers your rear facing car seat to an upright angle gaining 4" of leg space for front seat passengers. This Angle Adjuster is compatible with the Radian and Rainer convertible car seats in rear facing position, and is intended for children who have complete head control, and can sit up unassisted.
