The Mushie Changing Pad Cover is made from 100% cotton. This cozy, extra-soft muslin changing pad cover is pre-washed for softness against baby's delicate skin. Muslin stays breathable while keeping your baby warm and cuddly. It comes with two holes to accommodate safety belts and is fully elastic to allow for easy removal and a perfect fit wash after wash.
